Mansour was born in Tehran, Iran and grew up in Hamburg, Germany. After studying economics and political science in Germany, Switzerland and Italy he received a Masters Degree in Business and Economics (MSc) from the University of Basel, Switzerland.

Currently he lives and works in Munich, Germany and is free for assigments.
